Garhe Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process when you visit this website, use our contact form, and use our apps for Atlassian products.
1. This website
This website is hosted in Switzerland by METANET AG, Zürich. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs as part of operating the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser therefore contacts Google servers to retrieve the font files. Your language preference (EN/DE) is stored locally in your browser only.
2. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optional company name, and your message) solely to answer your request. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in any other system. We do not share this data with third parties and delete it once it is no longer needed to handle your request or to meet legal retention duties.
3. Our apps for Atlassian products
Our apps (including Linker and SprintLens) are built on Atlassian Forge and run entirely within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. This means:
- App data is processed and stored inside your own Atlassian site and Atlassian's Forge platform. It is never transmitted to servers operated by us or by third parties on our behalf.
- We have no access to your issue data, user accounts or any other content of your Atlassian site.
- The apps store only the configuration and field values needed for their functionality, using Atlassian's storage APIs within your site.
- The apps do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind.
Atlassian's processing of data on the Forge platform is governed by Atlassian's Privacy Policy and your agreements with Atlassian.
4. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, and to request its correction or deletion. Contact us at contact@garhe.ch.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we release new apps or change providers. The current version is always available on this page.
